Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

- 1 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and browned.
In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Simmer over medium heat until thickened.
Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts before serving.
